Returns Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, customers may return purchases up to 14 calendar days after delivery, without reason. The 14 days starts from the day after the day the goods are delivered.

Any request for such a cancellation of contract must be made to us in writing, by email to or post. We are unable to accept cancellation requests by telephone.

All returns should be authorised before items are dispatched back to us and should be accompanied by a copy of the original paperwork clearly indicating those items being returned and the reason for their return.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that goods are returned to us securely packaged and arrive undamaged and in the same condition as sold: we are not liable for any returned goods until they are received by us. We advise using a tracked service with adequate protection against loss or damage.

Returns must be in the condition in which they were supplied, with the original packaging undamaged. 

The customer will have to arrange for the return of the goods and cover that cost unless the goods are supplied in error by us. The customer will be refunded the standard outwards carriage cost, but not the costs of any express delivery service unless the goods were supplied in error by us.

We will process refunds within 14 days of receipt of returned goods. Refunds will usually be by the same means as payment but we reserve the right to provide a refund by company cheque if for any reason we are unable to process a refund by the original means.

Please note are unable to accept for refund any items which are either made to order or cut to size, unless we supplied the goods in error. In particular this applies to hoses and ropes, which are cut to length from a longer length.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights.
