Storage case for a shower head, as fitted by many boat and yacht manufacturers - it is also suitable for camper vans etc..
The door latches shut and has an o-ring seal, but is not guaranteed waterproof.
The case is supplied with a sealing gasket and the body is pre-drilled for the shower hose.
